2. Cancellation, Return, and Refund Guidelines
2.1 Cancellation of Products

(a) Once you place an order, it cannot be cancelled partially or fully until we have issued and processed the invoice for the products. For inquiries regarding cancellation, please contact us at Info@intentmade.in.

2.2 Return of Products
  • (a) You can initiate a return request if the product:
    • (i) Is damaged.
    • (ii) The product and its shipping package have been damaged.
    • (iii) Is defective or not in working condition.
    • (Iv) Contains missing parts or accessories.
  • You must initiate such return requests within 58 hours from the date of product delivery.
  • (b) To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its unused, original condition, with the original invoice/sale receipt, brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in the manufacturer's packaging. We will accept the return request if these conditions are met.
  • (c) Upon receiving your return request, we may verify whether the defects, damages, or non-compliances claimed are acceptable and whether they are due to our default. We may request images of the damaged or defective product or schedule a visit to assess the issue. Based on the assessment report, we will resolve the issue at our discretion.
  • (d) Your return will only be processed if the product is returned in its original condition, with intact price tags, original packaging, brand outer packaging, and all accessories. We will not accept the return of a product if you ordered the wrong model, color, or incorrect product, or if you fail to request a return within the specified return period.
  • (e) The following mandatory conditions must be met for product returns:
    • (i) The product must not have been used, cleaned, or tampered with.
    • (ii) The price tag/barcode, brand tags, original packaging, and accompanying accessories must be intact and undamaged.
    • (iii) The product must not be altered, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
    • (iv) The return must be initiated for the same product under which it was purchased, from the same account, and the product's serial number/barcode must match our records.
    • (v) The product must not have stains, dents, scratches, tears, or any other damage.
    • (vi) If a product was purchased as part of a set, the entire set must be returned.
    • (vii) Returned products should be in unused, undamaged, and saleable condition.
    • (viii) The product must not have been rendered defective or unusable.
We reserve the right to reject a return request if these conditions are not met.
  • (g) Product returns are facilitated through our reverse-logistics partners. Once we acknowledge your return request, our partners will contact you to collect the product.
  • (h) You cannot return a product purchased through the Studio Intent LLP website at our physical stores/boutiques.
2.3 Refund
  • (a) If you request a return for the conditions mentioned in clause 2.2, you may be eligible for a refund for the same for which we have received payment.
  • (b) Refunds for eligible products will be processed within 8 to 12 business weeks after we verify the defect or non-compliance. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account based on your financial institution or payment solution provider's terms and conditions.
  • (c) We do not provide cash refunds. Refunds are typically processed within 6 to 8 working days, depending on your chosen payment method. If the refund is delayed beyond the advised date, please contact us. Alternatively, you can opt to have the refund amount credited to your Wallet for future purchases on the Studio Intent LLP website.
  • (d) Refunds do not include shipping charges or other applicable charges, except in cases where a product is delivered with a defect or damage. In such cases, we may refund the shipping charges after verification.
  • (e) We reserve the right to reject a refund request if the product does not meet the quality conditions specified in this policy.
