Please be aware that while we engage Logistic Partners to deliver Products to you, we retain the right to ship and deliver Products ourselves without involving any Logistic Partners or third-party service providers.

In such cases, Studio Intent LLP or our Logistic Partners will not provide shipping and delivery services to those areas, and we may not process orders from those areas. Since we facilitate the delivery of Products purchased by you, we shall not be held liable for any actions or omissions on the part of our delivery agents, employees, or personnel, or those of our Logistic Partners, including service deficiencies, incorrect Product delivery, delivery time, Product packaging tampering, etc. Any issues that arise between you and our delivery personnel or the employees, agents, or personnel of our Logistic Partners must be resolved independently by you. You agree not to hold Studio Intent LLP responsible for mediating or resolving disputes between you and the delivery personnel.
2.7. Upon placing an order on the Website, we process the order and transfer the purchased Product to our Logistic Partner. You will receive a unique tracking identification number once the Product is handed over to the Logistic Partner. This number allows you to track the delivery status, location, and estimated delivery time of the purchased Product on the website of logistic partner.
2.8. Studio Intent LLP charges shipping and delivery fees based on your order. Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery address pin code and the size of the Products added to your cart. You agree to authorize us to collect shipping and delivery fees for the Logistic Partner's delivery service on their behalf. Shipping fees will not be refunded by Studio Intent LLP in the event of a return request, except in cases where a defective, damaged, deficient, or incorrect Product (attributable to us and verified by us) has been delivered. You acknowledge that title and risk associated with all Products you order pass onto you upon delivery.
